  1. Administrative Assistant
  • The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of office operations, facilities, logistics, compliance processes, and staff support functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office & Facilities: Keep supplies and consumables stocked, coordinate equipment repairs, handle parcels, and arrange travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Systems & Records: Maintain accurate data entry in Google Drive and Notion, update trackers, and keep filing systems organized.
  • Logistics & Calendar: Schedule meetings, reviews, and events, while following up on action points and deadlines.
  • Land & Compliance: Maintain land transaction records, track compliance deadlines, process petty cash and procurement documents, and support work-permit renewals.
  • People Operations: Support recruitment logistics, onboarding, leave tracking, staff events, and HR communications.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, procurement, or office support (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Notion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.
