Assistant Executive-Personal Assistant(PA)
Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Calendar & Schedule Management
  • Ensure effective time management by proactively managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Strategic Communication & Correspondence Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders by screening, prioritizing, and responding to communications, while drafting, editing, and ensuring professional, timely correspondence and documentation.
  • Meeting Coordination, Documentation & Follow-Up
  • Drive meeting effectiveness by preparing and circulating agendas and materials in advance, accurately capturing minutes, and ensuring timely closure of action points from key management committees.
  • Action Item Execution & Operational Follow-Through
  • Track, monitor, and ensure completion of action items within agreed timelines, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges to support management decisions.
  • Project, Process & Reporting Excellence
  • Support leadership through timely delivery of projects, accurate and insightful reports, diligent tracking of ROPES/ROIs and related action points, and ensuring quality, relevance, and decision-ready information.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, data analysis, presentations, and communication.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and digital trends, including automation, artificial intelligence, and collaboration tools.
