Pwani Oil is currently hiring an Assistant Executive – Trade Representative
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across the assigned route.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement in retail outlets (dukas, beauty shops, and pharmacies).
  • Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales performance.
  • List and promote new product developments (NPDs), ensuring timely introduction and feedback collection.
  • Execute in-store merchandising, POSM placement, and activation plans to boost visibility and sell-out.
  • Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights accurately using the Sales App.
  • Uphold company values by ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible management of trade floats and company assets.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, route-to-market execution, or retail distribution within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards.
  • Proficiency in Sales Apps and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Familiarity and experience working in Central and Nairobi regions.
