We are recruiting for the following positions:
- Assistant Housekeeper
- Workshop Manager

Assistant Housekeeper - Roles & Responsibilities
- Update daily room status on Opera and review operational reports.
- Assign rooms and steward duties according to occupancy levels.
- Enforce DND policies and ensure VIP and show rooms are prepared by 10:00 AM.
- Compile and reconcile room discrepancy reports.
- Oversee staff grooming, attendance, and operational readiness.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and inspect guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct staff appraisals, guide performance improvement, and support training.
- Manage staff discipline, motivation, and recognition.
- Participate in stock-taking and prepare related reports.
- Uphold organizational values, brand standards, and safety policies.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or higher qualification in Housekeeping or Hospitality Management.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience (luxury lodge/hotel experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Workshop Manager - Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all workshop operations.
- Supervise workshop staff and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely execution of projects and assigned tasks.
- Enforce safety standards and operational protocols within the workshop.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring operational issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Familiarity with workshop tools, equipment, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
Sanctuary Manager - Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of operational work plans with the Senior Sanctuary Manager.
- Oversee sanctuary activities including ecological monitoring, tourism operations, infrastructure maintenance, and game drive coordination.
- Participate in sanctuary and departmental meetings where needed.
- Contribute to ranger capacity-building programs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the General Manager and Board.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and conservation partners.
- Build strong community relationships and support community-based conservation projects.
- Provide conservation awareness and educational content.
- Assist in developing proposals, sourcing funding, implementing projects, and evaluating outcomes.
- Perform additional duties assigned by senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Conservation, Natural Resource Management, Rangeland Management, or Environmental Science.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a sanctuary, conservancy, national park, or wildlife‐based tourism facility (preferred).
- A Master’s degree and/or paramilitary training (KWS) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of wildlife behavior, conservation laws, and field operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to address conservation challenges with practical solutions.
- Experience working with rangers, conservation teams, or community partners is advantageous.
