Job Summary
- The Branch Manager is responsible for driving Retail and Business Banking performance through strong leadership, business growth, excellent customer experience, and strict adherence to operational and compliance standards.

- Drive branch sales, profitability, and achievement of targets
- Implement business strategies and monitor performance
- Identify market opportunities and grow customer base
- Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Promote cross-selling of banking products
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage operational risks, audits, and fraud prevention
- Oversee cost control and efficient resource use
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Maintain branch standards and improve service delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
- Set performance targets and monitor progress
- Build a high-performance team culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (postgraduate is an added advantage)
- At least 5 years’ experience in banking/financial services, including 3 years in branch management
- Strong leadership, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and compliance
