- Manage inventory and minimize food wastage
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Continental Chef
- Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques and plating styles
- Ability to excel in a dynamic kitchen environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to cleanliness
- Currently available within the Coast.
