Mabati Technical Training Institute (MTTI) is a project of Safal MRM Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Safal Group. Since its inception in 2005, it has equipped over 16,000 trainees with quality technical and vocational skills to increase their access to employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

• Teach trade theory and practical cosmetology skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and training records.
• Assess trainees and maintain accurate records.
• Operate and maintain training tools and equipment.
• Support co-curricular activities, student discipline, guidance, and counselling.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Cosmetology.
• Valid TVETA Trainer’s Licence.
• At least 2 years’ teaching experience.
• Strong practical skills in cosmetology tools and equipment.
• Ability to manage and train students effectively.
