Job Description

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Customer Experience Trainee to support customer service plans and programs, ensuring best-in-class service and high customer satisfaction in line with company strategy and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and administer customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Follow daily customer service processes in line with global/regional standards
  • Respond to customer inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints
  • Provide administrative support for customer service activities
  • Document costs of initiatives to support planning and resource allocation
  • Identify areas for improvement in call center processes and systems
  • Stay updated on company products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Less than 2 years’ experience
