KCB Bank is hiring Direct Sales Representatives for the Coast Region.
Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit new customers.
• Promote and sell KCB products.
• Guide customers through the application process.
• Verify customer documents and submit applications.
• Cross-sell bank products.
• Handle customer feedback and submit sales reports.

Requirements

• Recent university graduate.
• KCSE mean grade C+ with C+ in English and Mathematics.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Sales or customer relationship experience is an added advantage.
