To achieve business growth in SME and retail segments the bank is hiring Direct Sales Representatives to be onboarding quality customers through lead generation and marketing, while maintaining relationships and account information.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Retail and SME accounts monthly.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive deposit growth.
- Increase Non-Funded Income (NFI).
- Provide consistent customer engagement and maintain records per policy.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard and promote the bank’s image.
- Escalate and resolve customer issues.
- Support bank growth through campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- KCSE C+.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Sales/customer service experience is an added advantage.
