Hatua Network is a Kenyan non-profit organization committed to empowering high-achieving students from low-income backgrounds through access to quality education and mentorship. Since its founding, Hatua has supported hundreds of scholars through high school and university scholarships, leadership development programs, mentorship, and career guidance.The organization works closely with families, schools, and community partners to ensure scholars not only excel academically but also grow into responsible, community-minded leaders.
Facilitators

1. Hatua Network is seeking passionate and committed Facilitators to join our Mentorship Program starting April 2026. If you are a recent college graduate with a strong interest in youth development and a desire to make meaningful impact in your community, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate mentorship sessions for scholars
• Inspire and guide young people in their academic and personal growth
• Support scholars in developing leadership and life skills
• Work closely with the Hatua team to track scholar progress

Key Requirements

• Must be based in Mombasa County
• Suitable for recent college graduates passionate about youth development
• Experience working with children and youth is an added advantage
