- The Front Office Manager will oversee all front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest relations, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services.
- Ensure efficient and professional check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the front office team.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Operations departments.
- Maintain accurate reservations, billing, and reporting using Opera PMS.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel front office management.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: KSh 150,000 per month
2. Operations Manager
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest operational standards across the resort, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are presented impeccably at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and property presentation.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and resort grounds.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs.
- Ensure readiness for guest arrivals, events, and special functions.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events teams.
- Monitor and enforce quality, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in hotel or resort operations management.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational challenges effectively.
- Salary: KSh 150,000 per month
- Start Date: Immediate
