Graduate Trainee -ICT

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee – ICT to support the management, operation, and maintenance of ICT systems and infrastructure. The role involves providing user support, maintaining hardware and software, supporting ICT projects, enforcing ICT policies, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient ICT services for all staff.
Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve existing ICT systems and infrastructure
• Assist in ICT policy implementation and compliance
• Participate in system upgrades, updates, and ICT projects
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Manage ICT assets, backups, diagnostics, and system performance
• Maintain desktops, laptops, applications, and peripheral devices
• Support IT service management processes and prepare weekly reports

Academic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering fields
• Relevant professional certifications
