Human Rights Agenda (HURIA) is a non-profit human rights organization based in Mombasa, working to advance human rights and freedoms in Kenya. HURIA is seeking an experienced Grants & Partner Compliance Manager to lead HURIA sub-grant management, strengthen partner capacity, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors in Business Administration or Finance, grants/compliance certificationan advantage
  • 3+ years in grants management, compliance or project management (NGOsector)
  • Experience managing sub-grants for bilateral/multilateral/private donors
  • Strong knowledge of donor compliance, procurement & risk management 
  • Grant lifecycle management & oversight Partner due diligence & capacity .
