2. Location: Mariakani
3. Budget: Ksh 120,000 Gross

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to support core HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–6 years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or steel industry
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance
• Ability to manage shop-floor workforce and employee relations
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• High integrity, professionalism, and strong communication skills
