North Coast MTC, a reputable medical training institution located in Bomani, Kikambala – Kilifi County, is seeking to recruit a qualified and dedicated ICT Officer to support and strengthen its ICT systems and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage ICT assets, servers, computers, and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support to staff and students.
- Maintain ICT documentation, software licenses, and operational procedures.
- Support e-learning systems (LMS) and school management systems (ERP).
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Train users on proper and secure ICT usage.
- Manage the institution’s website and digital platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar ICT role.
- Strong networking background and hands-on experience with Huawei, Cisco, MikroTik, or related hardware.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, network security, and data protection.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent.
