Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in sales, merchandising or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in building materials or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong communication, sales and customer-handling skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Basic computer, mobile reporting and WhatsApp skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote decorative paints and generate demand at dealer outlets.
• Engage customers and recommend suitable products.
• Build relationships with painters, contractors and other influencers.
• Visit construction sites, generate leads and follow up on sales.
• Support product displays, promotions and secondary sales.
• Provide market feedback and submit activity reports.
