Job Description

Tribal Table, part of the Tribal Sand collection of luxury beachfront hotels and villas on Kenya’s North Coast, is seeking qualified hospitality professionals for:

• Mixologist
• Waiter / Sommelier
• Chef
• Cashier

Mixologist

• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or Bartending.
• Experience in mixology/bar service preferred.
• Strong beverage preparation and customer service skills.

Waiter / Sommelier

• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• Restaurant/fine-dining experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Chef

• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or Hospitality.
• Previous professional kitchen experience.
• Strong food preparation, hygiene, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Cashier

• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Previous cashier/hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Good numeracy, computer, and customer service skills.
