Job Description

Baus Taka is a waste management and circular economy company dedicated to digitizing circularity through innovative waste collection, recycling, and sustainability solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day waste collection activities.
• Schedule and optimize collection routes for efficiency.
• Supervise drivers and waste collection teams.
• Manage sorting and depot activities at the Eco Circular Hub.
• Maintain accurate operational data and ensure smooth logistics flow.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management (required).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics or operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be based in Mombasa.
