Job Description

Subaru Kenya is seeking to recruit two (2) Parts - Field Sales Executives to support sales growth and market expansion in the following regions:
  1. Coastal Region (Reporting to the Mombasa Branch)
  2. Western / Nyanza Region (Based at the Kisumu Branch)
The successful candidates will be responsible for driving parts sales, achieving sales and gross profit targets, managing customer relationships, and providing market intelligence to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales
  • Achieve assigned sales and gross profit targets
  • Maintain accurate and relevant sales documentation, including customer profiles, lost sales records, and new product data
  • Prepare regular sales reports covering enquiries and lost sales
  • Stay updated on product information and upcoming promotions
  • Identify and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing
  • Provide customers with clear information on products, services, and processes
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Manage and update the customer database

2. Reporting
  • Submit accurate and timely reports in line with company policy and Line Manager requirements
  • Collect market intelligence and share insights with the management team

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monthly sales target achievement
  • Monthly gross profit (GP) target achievement
  • Network growth
  • Lead response time
  • Collections performance
