Job Purpose

• The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations at a coconut products manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, high product quality, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule production staff.
• Plan and monitor production activities to meet quality and output targets.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Enforce health and safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Maintain production records and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably food processing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production systems, quality control, and safety regulations.
