1. Property Manager  - Mombasa Commercial Property

Key Responsibilities

• Rent and service charge collection.
• Supervision of service providers.
• Oversee building repairs and maintenance in liaison with the Senior Property Manager.
• Handle tenant relations and resolve issues.
• Letting and reletting of vacant spaces in coordination with the agency department.
• Preparation of property management reports.

• Knowledge and Experience
• Degree in Real Estate or a business-related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience managing a commercial property.
• Self-driven with strong initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong team player with a commercial mindset.
• Good understanding of the business environment and its impact on company performance.
