Regional Liaison Officer

1. Position: Regional Liaison Officer
2. Location: Coast Region, Eastern Region, Western Region and Central Region

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional operations.
• Drive revenue growth, business development and market expansion within the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage financial, human, physical and operational resources efficiently.
• Build partnerships with county governments, corporates, schools, healthcare institutions, NGOs and local communities.
• Oversee training, ambulance services, first aid products and community programmes within the region.
• Lead volunteer recruitment, coordination and membership growth.
• Monitor performance, service quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare timely reports and coordinate regional activities with Head Office.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Community Development or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in business management, regional operations, business development or stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to grow revenue, develop markets and deliver results.
• Strong understanding of business operations and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, financial management, planning and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili. Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
• Experience in healthcare, emergency response or volunteer management is desirable.
