Job Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care interventions.
• Provide quality healthcare services, including Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses (IMCI), immunization, PMTCT, antenatal care, and maternity services.
• Offer health education and counselling to patients, clients, and communities.
• Refer patients and clients appropriately for specialized care.
• Facilitate patient admissions and initiate discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Collect, compile, and maintain health data and reports.

Requirements

• A Diploma in any of the following disciplines from a recognized institution:

1. Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN)
2. Kenya Registered Nursing (KRN)
3. Kenya Registered Midwifery (KRM)
4. Kenya Registered Nursing/Midwifery (KRN/M)
5. Kenya Registered Nursing/Mental Health & Psychiatry

• A valid Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• A valid Practising License from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• A Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
