1. Resident Medical Officer
2. Community Oral Health Officer (COHO)

Resident Medical Officer

• The Resident Medical Officer will provide high-quality clinical care while ensuring strong adherence to hospital protocols, accurate documentation, and efficient patient management. The role is performance-driven, focusing on patient outcomes, responsiveness, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call duties.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Uphold clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practice.
• Support smooth clinical operations and continuity of care.

Community Oral Health Officer (COHO)
Key Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Oral Health from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration and current license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
• 2–3 years of post-internship experience in a clinical or dental setting.
• BLS certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct oral examinations and diagnose common dental conditions.
• Provide preventive dental care and oral health education.
• Participate in community outreach and public health programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control standards.
• Support patient care within the dental unit.
