Job Description

The New Big Tree Beach Resort is seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant and bar service operations
• Lead, train, and manage waiters and service staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor service efficiency, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in staff scheduling and performance supervision

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in a busy restaurant or resort environment
• Strong background in customer service and hospitality operations
• Experience managing and supervising waiters and service teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards during peak hours
• Professional appearance and attitude
