1. Restaurant Supervisor

The Sands Kenya is seeking a vibrant, hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support operations at their lively beachfront bar and restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who loves fast-paced service, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Role Highlights:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and team performance
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Support staff training and ongoing development
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance requirements
• Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons
• Handle staff scheduling, off days, and leave planning
• Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili; extra languages are a bonus

1. Yoga Instructor

The Sands Kenya is looking for a kind, enthusiastic, and skilled Yoga Instructor to join their wellness team. This role involves guiding guests toward relaxation and balance through thoughtful, high-quality yoga sessions.

• Offer private or small-group sessions upon request
• Assist in wellness events, retreats, and specialized workshops

• Recognized yoga teaching certification
• Experience teaching different groups and levels
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, guest-centred approach
