1. Restaurant SupervisorRole Overview
- The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and smooth operational flow. This role requires a hands-on leader who inspires excellence and maintains high service standards.
Key Duties
- Coordinate and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Guide and support service staff to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
- Work closely with management to roll out new menus and promotional activities.
- Enforce hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium guest experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star establishment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence.
- High standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Preferred age range: 30–40 years.
2. F&B Service Trainee (6-Month Programme)Programme Overview
- This structured six-month programme offers hands-on experience and professional development in Food & Beverage service within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Duties
- Participate actively in practical and theoretical F&B training.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations.
- Deliver courteous and attentive service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold service standards.
- Work collaboratively within the service team.
Qualifications & Experience
- KCSE (O-Level) certificate.
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Professional appearance and strong willingness to learn.
- Preferred age range: 22–27 years.
3. Restaurant HostessRole Overview
- The Restaurant Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and memorable first impression.
Key Duties
- Warmly welcome and seat guests.
- Present menus and highlight daily specials.
- Promote specialty dining options.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists effectively.
- Address guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- KCSE (O-Level) certificate.
- Certificate or Diploma in Catering, Hospitality, or related field (added advantage).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star establishment.
- Computer literate.
- Well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills.
