We are looking for a driven Sales Account Manager with strong experience in selling ICT products and technology solutions to corporate clients. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in solutions from leading technology vendors such as HP, HPE, Lenovo, DELL, APC, Microsoft, Sophos, and Cisco, and have hands-on experience with IP telephony systems. If you have at least three years of sales experience, a solid understanding of ICT solutions, and a passion for helping clients optimize their operations through technology, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate ICT solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling ICT products and services from top technology brands.
  • Solution Selling: Offer expert guidance on IP telephony, networking infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and related ICT technologies.
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of SME and Corporate customers, ensure client satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and maximize revenues through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals that meet both client expectations and company objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to effectively position Santech’s solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside technical and service delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of products and services.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT sales targeting corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated success in selling ICT products, services, and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IP telephony and networking technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both email and phone).
  • Ability to connect with decision-makers across different organizational levels.
  • Results-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated by sales performance.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an added advantage.
