JOB SUMMARY

1. Bliss Resort is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with solid hospitality experience and a strong passion for selling exceptional guest experiences.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands hotel sales, builds lasting relationships, and consistently delivers revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive room, conference, and F&B sales to achieve and exceed set targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for corporate, leisure, and group markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the hospitality sector
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of hotel sales and corporate accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused
• Ability to work independently and manage sales initiatives effectively
