Sales Representative (Frozen Bakery) - Coast Region

Job Description

Job Purpose
  • To drive sales growth and expand market share of frozen bakery products within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering) segment in the Coast region by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and acquire new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
  • Promote new product launches and upsell existing accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
2. Account Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, procurement officers, and hotel management.
  • Monitor customer stock levels and recommend replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
3. Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management.
  • Identify seasonal opportunities (tourism peak seasons, events, conferences).
4. Reporting & Administration
  • Submit weekly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Track collections and support credit control processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably frozen foods or bakery products.
  • Proven experience working with HORECA clients in the Coast region.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Valid driving license (motorbike/car preferred).
  • Good knowledge of the Coast hospitality market.
