Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Senior Officer - Debt Recovery to support effective debt recovery and manage litigation risk while safeguarding the Bank’s interests.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage debt collection & non-performing loan recovery across the Coastal region.
- Conduct customer visits for negotiations, settlements & relationship management.
- Maximize recoveries while maintaining profitability & compliance.
- Collaborate with branches, Head Office team and external legal partners.
- Handle collateral assessments, property auctions and disposal strategies.
- Represent the Bank in litigation, ADR & public auctions.
- Maintain accurate records & recommend provisions per CBK regulations.
Key Competencies, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors’ degree in a business-related field.
- 2-4 years of working experience.
- Evaluation skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Organizing and planning skills.
