1. Deputy Director, Placement & Industry Linkage

• Job Reference: BMA/25/MET/DDPIL/03
• Salary: Kshs. 165,700 – 315,000
• Allowances: Kshs. 65,000

Minimum Requirements

• 15 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years at Assistant Director level or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Maritime Logistics, Marketing OR
• STCW CoC (Chief Engineer/Master Mariner II/2 or III/2).

2. Senior Principal Trainer I

• Job Reference: BMA/25/MET/SPT/03
• Salary: Kshs. 165,700 – 315,000
• Allowances: Kshs. 65,000

Minimum Requirements

• 15 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years at Senior Principal Trainer II (MET) or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Valid STCW CoC (2nd Engineer III/2 or Chief Mate II/2).

3. Corporate Communications and Marketing Officer

• Job Reference: BMA/25/CEO/CC/03
• Salary: Kshs. 42,500 – 80,000
• Allowances: Kshs. 38,000

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Science, or related social sciences.

4. Swimming Instructor III

• Job Reference: BMA/25/MET/Trainer/05
• Salary: Kshs. 31,500 – 63,500
• Allowances: Kshs. 26,000

Minimum Requirements

• At least 4 years of instructional experience in a relevant field.
• Diploma in a related area.

5. Trainer, Nautical Science

• Job Reference: BMA/25/MET/Trainer/04
• Salary: Kshs. 42,500 – 80,000
• Allowances: Kshs. 38,000

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at Assistant Trainer III level or equivalent.
• Diploma in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
