Milly Fruits Processors Ltd was established in 1988 in Mtwapa, Kenya. It is a part of the Milly Group, which is engaged in glass manufacturing, Milly Properties and Milly Logistics. Milly Fruits Processors Ltd specialises in processing fruits into pulp and concentrates, primarily focusing on mangoes, oranges, passion fruits, and pineapples. Our fruits are sourced directly from local farmers in Kenya. Milly Fruits Processors Ltd is looking for experienced and competent professionals to join the team.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

1. CORRUGATION DEPARTMENT

• Corrugation Machine Supervisor (1 Position) – 8+ years’ experience.
• NC Slitter & Scorer Operator (1 Position) – 3–4 years.
• Single Face Operators (3 Position) – 3–4 years.
• Double Face Operator (1 Position) – 3–4 years.
• Forklift Operator, Clamp Type (1 Position) – 3–4 years.
• Forklift Operator, Normal Type (1 Position) – 3–4 years.

1. CONVERTING UNIT

• Converting Unit Supervisor (1 Position) – Degree/Diploma, 8+ years’ experience, MS Office skills.
• Printing Machine Operators (2 Position) – 3–4 years.
• Folder Gluer Operator (1 Position) – 3–4 years.
• Die Cutting Machine Operator (1 Position) – 3–4 years.
• Stitching Operators (2 Position) – 3–4 years.
• Sample Maker/Manual Slitter Scorer Operator (1 Position) – 3–4 years. Boiler Operator (1) – 3–4 years.

1. QUALITY & MAINTENANCE

• Quality Supervisor (1 Position) – Degree/Diploma, 8+ years experience, QA/QC, audits and quality systems expertise.
• Mechanic Technician (1 Position) – Mechanical trade certificate and 5–6 years experience.

1. STORES & FINANCE

• Storekeeper/Dispatch Supervisors (2 Position) – Degree/Diploma, 5–6 years’ experience.
• Accounts Manager (1 Position) – Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce, CPA (K) or ACCA, ICPAK membership or good standing, and 8+ years’ experience, including 3 years in management. Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Accounts Assistant (1 Position) – Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Management, CPA Section 4 or above, and 2–3 years’ experience.

General requirements: 

• Relevant industry experience, technical competence and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment. 
• Supervisory roles require strong planning, leadership and quality management skills, as applicable.
