- We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Showroom Supervisor to join our Mombasa branch. The ideal candidate will oversee daily showroom operations, lead sales and marketing efforts, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement showroom marketing activities, promotions, and pricing strategies to boost sales.
- Supervise front desk cash and payment operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance.
- Plan showroom layout, merchandising, and customer traffic flow to enhance sales and brand image.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee stock movement, replenishment, and record accuracy to prevent shortages.
- Maintain proper administrative and reporting systems, generating timely management reports.
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure excellent client engagement and staff performance.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company standards.
- Enforce safety and health protocols, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.
- Liaise with the Branch and HR Managers to address performance gaps and staff issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Showroom Supervisor in a busy retail environment.
- Furniture retail experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and inventory management systems.
- Mombasa residents are strongly encouraged to apply.
