Job Description

Maville Academy is a private co-educational day school, founded in 2012. Recognized for its rigorous, innovative educational curriculum and offers its students a breadth of stimulating and challenging programs taught by our dedicated faculty. 
Maville Academy invites qualified, experienced and passionate educators to join their growing school community through the following positions.
  1. Head of School
  2. Kindergarten Teachers
  3. Primary School Teachers
  4. Junior Secondary Teachers
  5. French & ICT / Computer Studies Teachers
  6. Creative Arts, Sports & Physical Education Teachers

Head of School
  • Oversees school operations, curriculum implementation, staff supervision, and stakeholder coordination (requires a relevant degree in Education or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years relevant leadership experience.

Primary School Teachers (CBE)
  • Instructs students under the Competency-Based Education framework (valid TSC registration required).

Junior Secondary Teachers (Grades 7–9)
  • Teaches middle school levels under the current curriculum standards.

Kindergarten Teachers (PP1 & PP2)
  • Focuses on early childhood development and foundational learning (ECDE qualifications preferred).

Creative Arts, Sports & Physical Education Teachers
  • Teaches physical education and arts programs (requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience and valid TSC registration).

French & ICT / Computer Studies Teachers 
  • Delivers specialized instruction in language and computer literacy.

Key requirements
  • Valid TSC registration is mandatory for teaching positions
  • Minimum 3 years relevant teaching experience
  • Relevant academic and professional qualifications
  • Strong CBE competency
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong professional ethics and communication skills
  • Commitment to child-centred learning and academic excellence
