Job Summary

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Restaurant Waitress at Jumba Ruins Monsoon, located in Mtwapa, Kilifi County, Kenya. The Waitress will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean service area, assisting in food preparation and presentation, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent English spoken and written
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service roles
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
