• Are you a master of the road with decades of heavy-haul experience? We are looking for an exceptional Driver Trainer to lead, mentor, and elevate our commercial driving team.

What We Are Looking For

• 20+ Years Experience in heavy commercial vehicle operations & driver coaching.
• Expert Scania Mastery — Deep hands-on knowledge of Scania trucks, Opticruise transmission, Retarder systems, and FMS telematics.
• Clean HGV/CE License with a stellar safety track record.
• Eco-Driving Expert focused on safety, load security, and fuel efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and evaluate new fleet drivers.
• Deliver advanced Scania technical & defensive driving training.
• Monitor telematics to optimize driver safety & reduce fuel costs.
• Conduct in-cab coaching and accident remediation.
