- Recruit and onboard new KiliShop partners.
- Conduct field visits and assess potential partner locations.
- Train partners on KiliShop operations.
- Monitor partner performance and compliance.
- Build strong partner relationships and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, or retail partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
