1. Laboratory Technologist

• Is responsible for performing complex diagnostic tests and analyses on clinical specimens to assist in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. Protocols and quality standards.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• At least one year of internship working experience
• Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board
• Trained and must demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) initiatives
• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
