KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer support through the Baus Taka App, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on service requests, collection schedules, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and operational data.
- Support daily operations coordination and reporting.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Female youth aged 18–35 years and based in Mombasa County.
- Diploma in Information Technology, Operations & Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools, with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
