1.  Sales & Marketing Coordinator

• The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving business growth by managing travel trade partnerships, supporting marketing initiatives, and coordinating industry events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and communication with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
• Conduct sales follow-ups and maintain an up-to-date partner database.
• Coordinate familiarization trips, site inspections, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Support marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
• Assist with staff travel arrangements, including flights and visa logistics.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and Operations teams to align sales activities with business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or tourism.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
• Salary: USD 1,500 per month

2. Reservations & Distribution Manager

• The Reservations & Distribution Manager will oversee reservations operations across The Sands Kenya properties while managing online distribution channels, rate strategies, and reservation performance. This role combines team leadership with commercial and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OTA platforms, availability, content updates, and distribution performance.
• Monitor rate parity and oversee contracts with agents, corporate clients, and distribution partners.
• Lead and mentor the reservations team to ensure high service standards and timely responses.
• Oversee booking processes, invoicing, deposits, and refunds in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate with all properties to maintain consistency in rates, availability, and reservation procedures.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in reservations, revenue management, or hospitality operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and other reservation systems.
• Experience with TravelBook Group (TBG) is an added advantage.
• Salary: USD 2,000 per month
