1.  Sales Representative
2. Locations: Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through member recruitment and growth of the Society portfolio.
• Promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective members.
• Provide effective customer service and maintain member satisfaction.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and reports.
• Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments.
• Collect member feedback, generate leads and identify opportunities to improve products and services.
• Participate in marketing activities, networking forums and events.
• Analyse market potential and prepare sales progress reports.
• Perform any other lawful duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in a business-related field or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• A relevant degree and membership in a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Key Performance Indicators
• Achievement of monthly member recruitment targets.
• Retention of existing members within the assigned portfolio.
• Loan uptake and savings by recruited members.
• Submission of daily activity reports, market research and member feedback.
