Ngao Credit Limited is a non-deposit taking Micro-Finance Institution incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act of Kenya in 2008. The company commenced operations in July 2009 and provides financial services to customers across its areas of operation.

• JOB OPPORTUNITY: SALES TEAM LEADER
• Location: Mombasa

• Ngao Credit Limited is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead its sales team, grow the loan portfolio, and drive achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain a quality loan portfolio.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Sales Agents.
• Monitor sales performance, loan repayments, and collections.
• Set and track team sales targets and performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support effective sales and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular sales and portfolio performance reports.
• Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team, preferably in Microfinance, Banking, Financial Services, or a related sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent customer relationship skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales, customer acquisition, and loan portfolio management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets.
