Job Description

Kenya Bay Beach Hotel is a 3-star resort located along the white sands of Bamburi Beach, Mombasa North Coast. The hotel is seeking experienced, energetic, and professional individuals to join its team in the following positions:

1. Night Duty Manager
2. Assistant Housekeeper
3. Accounts & Admin Staff
4. Restaurant Supervisor

1. Night Duty Manager

• Responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the resort during the night, including guest services, security coordination, night staff supervision, and handling operational issues.

2. Assistant Housekeeper

• Supports the Housekeeping department in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, room presentation, public areas, and guest service.

3. Accounts & Admin Staff

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting and administrative duties, documentation, record keeping, reconciliations, reporting, and general office support.

4. Restaurant Supervisor

• Oversees restaurant operations, service standards, staff supervision, guest satisfaction, stock control, and efficient day-to-day operations.
