AA Kenya is Kenyas leading automobile association, with over 100,000 members and branches across the country. It is affiliated internationally with the Fédération Internationale de lAutomobile (FIA).
Regional Manager – Coast Region

• Lead regional operations, sales, business growth and branch performance.
• Build strategic partnerships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coach teams and oversee compliance and operational standards.
• Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field; 8+ years relevant experience, including 3+ years in management; strong leadership, sales and relationship management skills.

2. Business Development Officers – Diani

• Drive revenue growth, business development and market expansion.
• Build partnerships, manage branch performance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field; 6+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in management; strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.

3. Direct Sales Representatives – Diani

• Promote AA Kenya products, generate leads, convert customers and achieve sales targets.
• Monthly retainer plus performance commission.
• Requirements: Diploma or Degree in a business-related field; sales experience is an advantage; strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
