- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and support sales and merchandising agents.
- Implement promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities.
- Develop strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure product availability and prepare sales reports.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG or office products sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to grow sales and identify new opportunities.
